Job summary

Kurppa Hosk in Stockholm is seeking an Associate Insights Strategist to join our team. You will collaborate with our Insights Director and brand/communications strategists on projects for startups and international tech brands.

You will design research workstreams, translate data into compelling narratives and present insights to senior stakeholders, shaping insights methods and exploring AI-enabled approaches within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

2–3 years of professional research and insights experience.
Solid foundation in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including customer and stakeholder interviews and group discussions.
Experience in or curiosity about brand building, behavioral science, culture theory and what makes campaigns land.
Storytelling, data visualization and presentation skills that make complexity land.
Proactive, collaborative approach with openness to feedback and coaching.
Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) a plus.
Eligibility to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

Scope and design research workstreams within larger projects, choosing the right method for the business question.
Coordinate external research partners and suppliers to keep fieldwork running smoothly.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative outputs to uncover insights and provide a unique perspective to the strategy.
Translate complex data into clear narratives and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Track and evaluate the impact of brand and campaign initiatives and help define success metrics.
Support new business with pitch and case materials.
Contribute ideas on methods and tools, including how to use AI to amplify research.
