Job summary

Kurppa Hosk Studio AB in Stockholm seeks an entry-point producer to join the production team and help run our AI-driven production platform. You will work with designers, motion designers, copywriters, and the Nordic marketing team, delivering complex asset workflows on time and across markets.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Quick to pick up new digital platforms and tools, across several at once.
• Structured and precise with deadlines, files and versions.
• Clear communicator with colleagues and client contacts.
• Collaborative approach, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing development of our AI-driven production platform: manage tools, keep workflows and documentation up to date, and ensure language model is trained on approved copy.
• Own day-to-day handling of digital assets: uploading, adapting, delivering material to the right market, in the right format, on time.
• Act as producer for smaller campaigns from brief to delivery with growing responsibility.
• Manage copy deck translations for the Nordic markets: plan projects, coordinate proofreaders, maintain glossaries and terminology.
• Map out how we work and suggest improvements.
• Support producers during major launches, when the team pulls together to hit delivery deadlines.
