Job summary

Vertiseit Group is seeking an IT Technician to join the Digital Operations team at our Stockholm office. You will provide hands-on IT support, own IT operations, and help improve our internal IT environment across brands Grassfish, Dise, and Visual Art.

You will manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, devices via Intune, and network troubleshooting, while onboarding/offboarding staff and collaborating with global IT colleagues. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

As an IT Technician at Vertiseit, you will play an important role in ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT operations across the organisation. The role combines hands-on IT support with technical ownership and continuous improvement of our internal IT environment.

You will be based at our Stockholm office, where you will be an important point of contact for local IT support, while also working with colleagues and users across the wider Vertiseit group.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling day-to-day support as well as more complex technical issues. You take ownership of problems, drive them through to resolution and look for opportunities to prevent them from happening again.

As an IT Technician, you will:

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees across the group, with a primary focus on our Stockholm office, ensuring a high level of service and taking ownership of issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution.
• Manage and troubleshoot our Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environment, including users, groups, permissions and access.
• Manage Windows and Mac devices through Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, compliance and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues involving areas such as Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and firewalls.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and ensure that devices, accounts and access are managed efficiently and securely.
• Identify recurring technical issues and proactively suggest improvements, standardisation or automation.
• Participate in and take ownership of IT initiatives and smaller improvement projects.
• Contribute to developing documentation, processes and ways of working within Global Internal IT.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure IT services across the organisation.

Your Profile

We believe you are curious, service-minded and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in technology and improving how things work.

You have several years of experience working with IT support, workplace IT or IT operations and are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently. You enjoy working close to users and providing great service, but you are equally motivated by understanding the root cause of a problem and finding a better long-term solution.

You are comfortable taking responsibility and moving things forward on your own while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team. You know when to solve something yourself, when to involve a colleague and when external expertise is needed.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Relevant experience within IT support, IT operations, workplace IT or a similar role
• Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management
• Good understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi and firewalls, as well as the ability to troubleshoot common network-related issues
• Experience supporting and managing both Windows and Mac devices and operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently take ownership of technical issues from problem to resolution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Experience within areas such as PowerShell or other scripting and automation, identity and access management, IT security or larger IT improvement projects is considered an advantage.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm office, the headquarters of Visual Art.

You will work closely with a colleague based in Stockholm as part of Vertiseit's Global Internal IT team and report to Emil Brandt, Global Head of Digital Operations, who is based in Varberg.
