Job summary

Nordic Air Defence AB söker en erfaren IT‑supportingenjör för att äga och stödja vår dagliga IT‑miljö över kontor, produktion och testanläggningar i Stockholm.

Du ger praktisk support till anställda, felsöker hårdvara och mjukvara, hanterar konton och enheter samt bidrar till säkra, tillförlitliga IT‑system. Rollen kräver snabb hänsyn till verkliga system och problemlösning i samarbete med kollegor och externa partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ års erfarenhet av IT-support, IT‑drift eller liknande hands‑on‑roll.
• Stark praktisk kunskap i Windows, MacOS, Linux och vanliga arbetsmiljöer.
• Erfarenhet av Microsoft 365‑administration och identitetsplattformar.
• Fluent svenska och engelska.
• Bakgrund inom försvar, rymd, robotik eller liknande föredras.

Responsibilities

• Installera, konfigurera och felsöka datorer, arbetsstationer, mobila enheter och printerar.
• Hantera onboarding/offboarding, konton, behörigheter och dokumentation.
• Administrera användarkonton, licenser, e-post och samarbetsverktyg.
• Supporta telefoni, kommunikation och daglig IT‑drift.

Nordic Air Defence, headquartered in Stockholm, develops cutting-edge defensive solutions for both civilian and military applications. We combine expertise in electronics, mechanical design, embedded systems, software engineering, and AI.

In September 2024, Nordic Air Defence unveiled its first product, the Kreuger 100, a dual-use drone-interceptor platform engineered in Sweden by a diverse, international team. Our engineers and operators bring experience from leading defence, drone, and tech organisations worldwide, including Palantir, Kratos, SAAB, Anduril, and others.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role in Stockholm. As IT Support Engineer, you will own and support the day-to-day IT environment across our offices, production facilities, and flight-test operations.

You will provide hands‑on support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts and devices, and help maintain secure and reliable IT systems.

This is a highly practical role. You will be expected to move quickly, understand real systems, and solve messy problems with users, engineers, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, mobile devices, printers, meeting-room equipment, and other IT hardware.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including equipment, accounts, permissions, and documentation.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, licences, email, collaboration tools, and identity‑management systems.
• Manage and support telephony, communication, and collaboration systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, cloud systems or a similar hands‑on IT role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, and common workplace IT environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or similar cloud‑based productivity and identity platforms.
• Experience with cybersecurity and information security, including security best practices, access control, endpoint security, and incident handling.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience in defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or similar
• Experience in a fast paced startup or scaleup company
• Experience with cloud based infrastructure, DevOps, Gitlab, and CI
