Job summary

Acne Studios in Stockholm is seeking a Project Manager to turn strategy into action and lead cross-functional initiatives across the business. You will report to the Head of Project & Coordination and guide projects from planning through execution, creating clarity, alignment, and progress.

This parental leave cover for 12 months starts January 2027 and requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who can adapt plans to changing needs and drive impactful outcomes in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• Experience within retail, fashion, luxury, or other consumer-facing businesses.
• Experience leading transformation, implementation, or change projects.
• Experience with retail platforms, digital tools, or enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in complex organisations.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

As Project Manager at our Stockholm HQ, you will help turn strategy into action. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead projects from planning through execution, creating clarity, alignment, and progress along the way.

This is a parental leave cover for 12 months, starting in January 2027 (the latest).
