Job summary

BYD EUROPE in Stockholm is seeking an IT Maintenance Engineer to keep laptops ready for new staff, resolve IT issues, and support office solutions across the Nordic region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related fields, at least one year of IT support experience, and fluency in Swedish and English; Chinese language is a plus. Travel to neighboring countries may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the laptop preparation for new employees and resolve various IT-related issues.
• Responsible for office solutions.
• Following HQ IT to do some tests or perform IT implementation.
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the Nordic organization.
• Other related activities and contingent assignments.
