Job summary

CSC in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking an experienced Client Payroll Specialist to join our Danish Client Payroll team. You will deliver outsourced payroll services to international clients and collaborate with colleagues across service teams.

The role focuses on end-to-end Danish payroll administration, client relationship management, and process improvement in an international environment. Fluency in English is required, and experience with Danish payroll is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for multiple clients or portfolios.
• Strong client service and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of Danish clients.
• Process payroll data accurately.
• Prepare and distribute payslips.
• Support salary payments and payroll transactions.
• Produce payroll reports and reconciliations for clients.
• Assist clients with HR matters including pensions and absences.
• Build strong client relationships and onboard new clients as you gain experience.
