Job summary

Saab, a leading defense and security company, seeks an Information Security Manager to lead the Information Security Operations team. You will ensure security is embedded in business processes and supports strategic objectives while driving a proactive security culture.

Leading BISOs and collaborating with Security Operations and stakeholders, you will translate requirements into practical solutions and strengthen Saab's security posture across global operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals.
• Strong strategic ability to translate goals into team objectives and outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
• Understanding of regulations, standards, and best practices within Saab's industry.
• Experience from the defense industry, government authorities, or a global organization is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of information security into business processes and operations.
• Drive a security culture that promotes awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility.
• Ensure information security requirements are translated into practical solutions that support growth and agility.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, aligning security with business goals.
• Lead and develop a team of BISOs (Business Information Security Officers).
