Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction with strong hands-on site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, HSE, quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities from start to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, client and stakeholders.
• Create and monitor the Site Construction Schedule and weekly lookahead programmes.
• Ensure works meet design, quality, HSE, budget and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and implement mitigations.
• Act as the primary construction contact on site.
