Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer for Industrial IoT in the EMEA region. This role partners with Account Executives in a pre-sales capacity, delivering technical guidance, demonstrations, and architectures to help customers achieve their digitization goals.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in industrial networking, hands-on technical capabilities, and the ability to present to executive audiences. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, with Finnish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience.
• Understanding of Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and PLC/industrial protocols.
• Knowledge of Cisco Industrial Networking, Security and Network Automation solutions.
• Experience in MPLS, SRv6, SD-WAN, SD-Access, VPN, LTE, Wi‑Fi.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical plan for your territory in Industrial IoT.
• Support account teams on new opportunities with a blueprint of the customer’s digitization journey.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, PoCs and value proofs to customers or partners.
• Create and share industry use-case best practices and architectures.
• Engage in roadmap discussions with the IoT BE to align to territory needs.
