We are looking for a person with a technical background to help ensure customers derive maximum value and satisfaction from our solutions. You will lead implementation projects from contract signature through configuration, onboarding and training.
This role involves guiding effective product usage, addressing challenges, and building long‑term relationships for customer loyalty — ensuring long‑term adoption, measurable business impact and ARR growth.
