Job summary

Billerud is seeking a Technical Service Manager for Liquid Packaging Board/Cartonboard at one of our mills in Sweden. You will handle technical customer issues, lead investigations, and coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure strong technical performance and customer satisfaction.

The role is hybrid with occasional travel to sites including Frövi, Gruvön, Gävle, Skärbacka or Karlsborg. You will be a key technical contact and drive continuous improvement in a global customer

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• Documented experience from a technical, production or customer facing role within manufacturing or process industry.
• Ability to lead technical dialogues with customers in a structured and confident manner.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical customer issues from dialogue to resolution.
• Lead technical investigations including root cause and gap analyses.
• Act as customer’s technical contact and coordinate internal expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Product Management and Logistics.
• Support claims handling and credit note processes.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear expectations and boundaries.
