Job summary

Billerud Finland Oy is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect for Lead-to-Cash to shape and develop our global SAP landscape. You will lead architecture, design processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery and ongoing development.

The role requires hands-on SAP expertise across Lead-to-Cash, SAP S/4HANA, and cross‑module integrations, with a focus on delivering scalable, region‑wide solutions in a true greenfield transformation.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and solutions.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD and LE, with knowledge of VC and TM.
• Experience in SAP Application Maintenance, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience working with both custom-built and ERP systems and a strong understanding of integration challenges.
• Functional and technical proficiency gained through at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and solutions across Sales & Distribution, including order management, pricing, delivery management, shipping execution, billing, and customer fulfilment.
• Ensure that solution architecture aligns with business needs and Billerud's architecture principles and governance model.
• Document target solution architectures according to established standards and guidelines.
• Ensure solutions support multiple regions and business units within a global environment.
• Work with end-to-end SAP processes and ensure seamless integration across modules and business functions.
• Act as the SAP expert within the Lead-to-Cash domain, providing guidance on best practices and solution design.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
• Provide Billerud-specific business context andexpertisethroughout projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP solutions and ways of working.

In this role, you willbe responsible forBillerud'sSAP solutions within the Lead-to-Cash stream, working closely with business stakeholders and external SAP implementation partners to ensure successful delivery, integration, and continuous development of our SAP landscape.

About the role

As SAP Solution ArchitectLeadto Cash, you will havethe overallresponsibility for solution architecture and process design within the Lead-to-Cash area. You will collaborate closely with business representatives, Enterprise Architects, SAP Analysts, Subject MatterExpertsand external partners to ensure that SAP solutions support business needs and align withBillerud'starget architecture.

The role combines architecture work, business engagement, and hands‑on SAPexpertiseacross process areas and integrations.

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can also be based in one of our mills in Sweden. Frequenttravelto our Solna office is an essential part of the role.
