Job summary

Billerud seeks a SAP Solution Architect Lead to Cash to shape and develop our SAP landscape in a true greenfield transformation. You will own solution architecture and design for Lead-to-Cash, collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery and integration.

Preferred location is Solna, Sweden, with flexibility to work from mills; frequent travel to Solna is essential as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD and LE; VC and TM knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Application Maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with both custom-built and ERP systems; good integration skills.
• Functional and technical proficiency gained through at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Are you an experienced SAP expert with an understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and a passion for delivering business-critical solutions in a global environment? A unique opportunity to shape and develop Billerud’s future global SAP landscape in a true greenfield transformation.

As part of Billerud's digital transformation journey, we are now looking for a SAP Solution Architect Lead to Cash. In this role, you will be responsible for Billerud's SAP solutions within the Lead-to-Cash stream, working closely with business stakeholders and external SAP implementation partners to ensure successful delivery, integration, and continuous development of our SAP landscape.

About The Role

As SAP Solution Architect Lead to Cash, you will have the overall responsibility for solution architecture and process design within the Lead-to-Cash area. You will collaborate closely with business representatives, Enterprise Architects, SAP Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and external partners to ensure that SAP solutions support business needs and align with Billerud's target architecture.

The role combines architecture work, business engagement, and hands‑on SAP expertise across process areas and integrations.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and solutions across Sales & Distribution, including order management, pricing, delivery management, shipping execution, billing, and customer fulfilment.
• Ensure that solution architecture aligns with business needs and Billerud's architecture principles and governance model.
• Document target solution architectures according to established standards and guidelines.
• Ensure solutions support multiple regions and business units within a global environment.
• Work with end-to-end SAP processes and ensure seamless integration across modules and business functions.
• Act as the SAP expert within the Lead-to-Cash domain, providing guidance on best practices and solution design.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
• Provide Billerud-specific business context and expertise throughout projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP solutions and ways of working.

You report to: Manager Global SAP Applications.

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can alsobe basedinone ofour mills inSweden.Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part of the role.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and solutions.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD and LE, with knowledge of VC and TM.
• Experience in SAP Application Maintenance, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience working with both custom-built and ERP systems and a strong understanding of integration challenges.
• Functional and technical proficiency gained through at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong cross-module SAP expertise and the ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

You need to have a Swedish work permit to be considered for this position.
