Rydoo, an AI-driven B2B SaaS company, seeks a Sales Development Representative in Stockholm to identify and qualify new opportunities for our spend-management platform. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize Norwegian-market outreach and grow the pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, fluent English and Norwegian, and a hunter mindset. We offer hybrid work, hands-on coaching, and a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B outbound sales.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with webinars and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through strategic outreach.
• Qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges as they relate to Accounts Payable, and assess if and how Rydoo can help.
• Represent Rydoo at webinars and industry events to create new business and build brand awareness.
• Work toward defined KPIs and continuously analyze performance to grow pipeline and customer base in your region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize lead handling and go-to-market strategy.
