Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Ludvika seeks an engaged Production Planner to optimize our production flow and meet delivery targets efficiently.

You will develop and implement production plans, monitor demand versus capacity, and adjust schedules as needed. We value analytical thinkers with ERP experience (SAP) and MPS/MRP knowledge, strong Swedish and English communication, and collaboration across purchasing, inventory, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MPS/MRP.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed production schedules and plans.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Work with purchasing, inventory, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data and delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Be responsible for capacity planning and resource utilization.
• Manage and communicate changes in production plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive and improve production planning by implementing new processes and tools that reduce production disruptions and optimize lead times.
