Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• M&E cost management experience.
• Data centre project experience.
• Proven delivery with consultancy/contractor/client-side.
• Strong stakeholder management and client account development.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team responsible for commercial and contractual performance of projects.
• Help deliver value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out duties efficiently following processes and procedures.
• Comply with procurement/contractual strategies.
• Ensure Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards.
• Cost planning, estimating, post-contract and procurement duties.
