Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Cost Manager in Stockholm to join our Cost Management team. The role focuses on commercial performance across data centre projects and related sectors within our European operations.

The successful candidate will bring quantity surveying qualifications and solid experience in cost management, with a proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver deadlines in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management.
• Data Centre experience.
• Proven technical / project delivery experience.
• Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Stakeholder management with a focus on developing client accounts.
• Track record of working with teams and delivering deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be integral to the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
• Support delivery of value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out duties efficiently per established processes and procedures.
• Comply with commercial/procurement/contractual strategies.
• Take responsibility for Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
• Cost planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties.
