Job summary

SEB seeks an experienced Technical Project Lead to drive data migration, platform modernization, and the CDS transformation journey within Finance and Risk. You will guide complex projects from planning to implementation, coordinating data engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Strong background in data platforms, data warehousing, data integration, or data engineering.
• Experience with data migration and modernization of legacy or mainframe-based environments.
• Solid understanding of modern data architecture, data pipelines, data modelling, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience coordinating deliveries across several systems, teams, and organizational areas.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into concrete plans, priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives in data migration, data warehousing, and platform modernization.
• Drive transition from legacy/mainframe to cloud-based data platforms.
• Coordinate CDS transformation work including FR360 and BIW.
• Establish project scope, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate technical dependencies across platforms and teams.
• Work with architects and engineers on migration strategies and risks.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements, regulatory expectations, and delivery plans.
• Identify and manage technical and delivery risks and impediments.
• Facilitate technical workshops and decision-making forums.
• Prepare status reports, roadmaps, and management communication.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Group Technology and source systems.
• Support planning of data migrations, testing, cutover, and decommissioning.
• Promote structured ways of working and transparency.
• Ensure governance and audit requirements are considered throughout.
