Qualifications

• Familiar with Tunstall from a customer, system, and product perspective.
• Experience of troubleshooting and working with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Installation of software for Tunstall’s solutions.
• Documentation of every customer environment.
• Troubleshooting with colleagues or customers.
• Work actively to find improvements within Deployment.
• Competence sharing between colleagues.
• Planning installations with project managers.
• Attend customer meetings if required.
