Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the delivery of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
This role will partner closely with HR leadership, site teams, and Centres of Excellence to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes, policies, and systems. The successful candidate will support performance management, employee relations, talent initiatives, mobility, reporting, and HR administration while contributing to continuous improvement across HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Support performance management processes, talent reviews, and calibration activities
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with employee relations matters and elevate complex issues where appropriate
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee transition activities
- Coordinate recruitment offer processes and support seamless onboarding experiences
- Administer compensation and benefits activities and respond to employee enquiries
- Coordinate employee mobility activities, including visa and work permit processes
- Maintain accurate HR data, records, and reporting within HR systems
- Support learning and development initiatives, training compliance, and talent profile administration
- Assist with recognition programmes and employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor workforce data and support workforce planning and reporting activities
- Collaborate with HR teams and Centres of Excellence to support global HR initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous enhancement of HR services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or Operational HR role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems
- Experience supporting performance management, employee relations, and HR administration activities
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Experience supporting global HR operations and working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting employee mobility, immigration, or visa processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
