Qualifications
- Experience in technical customer support or SaaS support roles.
- Ability to troubleshoot software problems and guide users through steps.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities
- Own first-line support in Sweden using Intercom.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users to practical solutions.
- Triage issues and escalate when needed to engineering or Medical Operations.
- Deliver clear, patient, and professional customer experiences for clinicians.
- Take ownership and follow issues through to resolution.
- Identify recurring questions and feedback to improve the product and support docs.
- Help scale support through better FAQs, processes, and documentation.
