Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS or healthcare IT.
- Experience with Citrix including policies and device redirection; IGEL/VMware Horizon or similar is valuable.
- Strong Windows and enterprise IT fundamentals across deployment, devices, drivers, group policies, and Remote Desktop.
- Methodical problem solving: hypothesis, test, log review, and documentation.
- Basic scripting to check environments or automate tests.
- Clear communication with IT admins, clinicians and engineers; coordinate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales technical investigations with customer IT teams and partners, owning communications through resolution.
- Troubleshoot Windows clients, app deployment, VDI, browser and network policies, integrations, sign-in and audio devices.
- Use logs and test setups to isolate causes and provide reproducible steps to the engineering team.
- Coordinate fixes across teams and verify changes in the customer environment.
- Support go-live readiness by reviewing customer environments with Enablement and Operations and flag risks early.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and scripts to prevent recurring problems.
