Job summary

Tandem Health is seeking a proactive support specialist to be the first point of contact for Swedish customers. You will own Intercom-based communications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Technical and Medical Operations to resolve more complex challenges.

You should be comfortable triaging, documenting findings, and escalating when necessary, while delivering clear, patient-focused support to healthcare professionals in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

Experience in technical customer support, ideally SaaS or IT helpdesk.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Proactive, structured thinker who can triage, document, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Own first-line Swedish support through Intercom; respond promptly and empathetically to users.
Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers with practical solutions.
Triages issues to determine self-resolution vs engineering or Medical Operations escalation.
Maintain clear, helpful communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Identify patterns to improve product and support workflows; contribute to FAQs and docs.
