Job summary

Tandem Health is building the clinical co-pilot of the future. This Madrid-based, full-time role sits in our Spanish Medical Operations team, rolling out Tandem’s AI clinical operating system to health organisations worldwide.

You’ll work with executives, medical leaders, and end-users to onboard organisations, refine workflows, and shape the product through real-world feedback. Expect cross-border collaboration, in-person days in Sweden, and global conferences.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with healthcare experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients in Spain.
• Design and adapt workflows for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams for smooth rollouts.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems to maximize clinician value.
• Build templates and prompts for Tandem’s AI assistant.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and safety scaling.
