You will own the unit’s P&L, GTM, and operational strategy, while guiding the evolution of case and document management offerings with AI-enabled features.

You will build cross-functional relationships, translate business priorities into measurable execution, and lead teams through change with a focus on quality and customer outcomes.

• Extensive experience leading a software/tech business with P&L responsibility.
• Strong product strategy and cross-functional execution capabilities.

• Lead AI transformation and new ways of working across the business, setting direction and driving adoption.
• Own unit P&L, GTM, product strategy and operations; translate priorities into execution plans.
• Guide evolution of case, document and records-management products, with AI-enabled capabilities.
• Develop Nordic customer base, migrations, module adoption and partner opportunities.
• Improve delivery practices, align capacity with customer delivery, and foster collaboration.
• Lead and develop people with clear direction, performance management and learning.
