Zusammenfassung

Tieto is seeking a Head of Public 360° to steer AI transformation and lead the Nordic market presence for public sector software. You will shape strategy, drive adoption of AI across product, engineering, services and sales, and ensure strong governance and execution.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Tieto Indtech and requires travel. You will own product strategy, customer outcomes and financial performance, while building cross-functional teams and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Formal degree in CS/IT/Business or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI transformation and guide its adoption across the business; identify where AI can improve products and operations; ensure QA remains part of AI-assisted customer work.
• Own the unit's P&L, go-to-market, product strategy and operations; translate priorities into goals and execution.
• Guide product direction for P360's case, document and records-management portfolio, including online and on-prem offerings, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strengthen customer and market outcomes; grow Nordic customer base, support migrations and module adoption, pursue new opportunities.
• Improve delivery practices; connect capacity to delivery and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and develop people; set direction, manage performance, foster collaboration and learning.
