Blykalla is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head the Nuclear Island development in Stockholm, Sweden. You will shape product architecture and drive modularisation across reactor physics, safety analysis and licensing support.

Reporting to the SVP Engineering, you will recruit and lead a high-performance team, balancing safety, manufacturability and lifecycle cost while delivering a repeatable product for fleet deployment.

Formación

• 15+ years hardware development in regulated industries.
• 10+ years leading engineering organisations or major development programmes.
• Experience transitioning products into manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own Nuclear Island technical quality and maturity.
• Develop modular product architecture with standard interfaces.
• Balance safety with manufacturability and lifecycle cost.
• Define development stages, gates and test programmes.
• Lead prototype testing and first-article qualification.
• Build and lead the Nuclear Island Development organisation.
