Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks a senior marketing leader to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for a results-driven eight-figure coaching business. You will own paid media, CRO, and email while coordinating organic efforts.

The role offers a clear path to CMO and a chance to reboot a proven funnel with data-backed optimization. You will report to the CEO, work with the founder, and be responsible for budgeting, messaging, and team development.

Qualifications

• Ran or led marketing for offers doing $1M+/month
• High-ticket funnel experience
• Expert Meta media buying with pixel conditioning
• Proven creative and hook direction with receipts
• Managed a marketing team of 5+
• Built or rebuilt marketing processes and lifted output quality
• Compliance-sensitive vertical experience
• Nice to have: Google Ads at expert level
• Experience in men's transformation niche and related concepts
• Hyros/GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels fluency; split-testing tooling

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and results with directing the external partner
• Manage scaling, budget doctrine, and lead quality end-to-end
• Own forecast: revenue, calls, cost per call, spend, creative volume
• Direct creative and messaging, craft hooks and ad concepts, own avatar architecture
• Ensure compliance and account safety with final-review gate
• Own data, tracking, attribution, and event routing decisions
• Oversee funnel and CRO from ads to sale with structured tests
• Lead email sequences and broadcasts linked to ads
• Lead and develop the marketing team; hire via scorecard process
• Provide market intelligence by watching competitors and ads
