Finch is seeking a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end. You will set strategy, guide success plans aligned to KPIs, and drive growth while proactively managing retention and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Account Manager or Client Success Manager in performance marketing or digital marketing agency.
• Acted as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, and optimization logic.
• Experience with paid advertising across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP.
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts with concrete examples.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, able to lead strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders.
• Availability to work with consistent overlap with US business hours.
• Background managing SEO-driven accounts or hands-on SEO experience (advantage).
• Experience working with US or international clients (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning: define goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client.
• Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, align expectations from day one, and document next steps.
• Drive account performance management: interpret results against business metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV, organic growth), identify issues and opportunities, and coordinate actions with channel owners.
• Identify and scope account growth opportunities: expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives.
• Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk: flag risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure consistent value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
