Job summary

LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to drive AI adoption across engineering and product teams. You will identify high‑impact automation opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale wins through reusable templates and patterns.

You will mentor engineers, influence roadmaps, and ensure production‑ready AI that reduces repetitive work while improving velocity and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Hands‑on AI expertise moving prototypes to production, including LLMs, RAG workflows, and cost/speed management.
• Strong problem‑solving with a bias for action and reusable tool creation.
• Excellent collaboration with multiple teams and clear communication.
• Familiar with SDLC/DevOps tools and workflows to fit teams’ processes.
• Able to manage a diverse portfolio with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact AI use cases across engineering and product teams.
• Lead technical design and implement prompt workflows, agents, scripts, and integrations.
• Create templates and playbooks to scale AI wins across teams.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling with measurable outcomes (time savings, throughput).
• Provide feedback to AI platform teams to evolve tooling based on real needs.
• Mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence roadmaps.
