Job summary
Gunnebo Safe Storage seeks a Head of Digital R&D Connectivity Platform to lead Gunnebo IQ, a cloud-based platform for connected locking and access solutions. You will build and lead a high-performing organization, delivering secure, scalable digital services aligned with our product strategy and business goals.
You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, drive platform security and reliability, and collaborate with Product, Firmware, Cloud, and Application teams to continuously improve
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in digital product development or tech leadership.
- Proven experience leading software/platform teams in agile environments.
- Experience building and operating platform organizations.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead Gunnebo IQ platform organization, ensuring delivery aligned with product roadmaps.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, performance, and execution capacity.
- Ensure secure device connectivity, monitoring, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Firmware, Cloud, and Application teams.
- Own budget planning, cost control, and financial follow-up.
- Provide transparency on capacity, cost, and value delivered.
