Job summary

AddSecure in Stockholm is seeking a Product Manager for Personal Safety to own and develop a portfolio focused on our cloud-based incident response platform and portable alarms with positioning. You will combine customer insight with commercial thinking and hands-on hardware/software understanding.

You will shape the roadmap, work with R&D to deliver value, and bring products to market through pricing, packaging and go-to-market activities across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product management or ownership in B2B tech.
• Experience with technically complex, safety-critical products.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Nordic language skills are a plus (Swedish preferred).
• Experience across multiple European markets (UK, Germany, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the roadmap for your portfolio and translate needs into priorities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the portfolio from new offerings to lifecycle and profitability.
• Grow personal alarm and related offerings and identify new products and markets.
• Own the user experience across apps and interfaces with UX and R&D collaboration.
• Write clear requirements for estimation and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Lead market introduction with Sales, Marketing, Operations and country teams.
• Support expansion in the UK and Germany, including regulatory requirements like Martyn's Law.
• Track revenue, margin and adoption to inform priorities and business cases.
• Drive digital initiatives and customer-facing tools for installation and support.
• Represent AddSecure at trade fairs and bring insights to roadmaps.
