ASSA ABLOY Landskrona invites an experienced Product Owner Revolving Doors to lead a cross-functional R&D team of hardware, firmware and mechanical engineers.

You will own the product lifecycle, align with portfolio priorities, and drive delivery with discipline while collaborating with global segments and factory teams. Strong leadership and hands-on engineering insight are essential; Swedish and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience managing full development lifecycle of electromechanical products.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and align priorities.
• Familiarity with ISO, CE, EN16005 and UL safety/quality standards.
• Interest in IoT, connectivity, and AI with strong technical curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multidisciplinary R&D team across hardware, firmware and mechanics.
• Own full product development lifecycle from concept to lifecycle improvements.
• Define and execute the R&D strategy and product roadmap.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovation.
• Represent product externally and manage stakeholder relationships.
