Job summary

Troax Group is seeking a senior leader to build and develop Data & Analytics with a Group-wide perspective. You will create structures, governance and a common data foundation so information is trusted, accessible and valuable across the organization.

You will collaborate with Architecture, AI & Automation, Enterprise Integrations and Business Applications to align business and IT, drive data enablement, and enable analytics that inform strategic decisions globally.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with experience building or developing Data & Analytics, Data Governance or Data Enablement.
• Background in data management, governance, master data, BI and analytics, enterprise architecture or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Establish Data Governance, data ownership and data quality across the Group.
• Develop the approach to Master Data Management and a common Data Foundation.
• Create a coherent global approach to BI, analytics and reporting.
• Ensure critical data is trusted, accessible and useful for the business.
• Establish principles, standards and governance for data management.
• Build and coordinate a virtual data organization with data owners and specialists.
• Coordinate internal capabilities and set requirements for external partners.
• Enable the business to develop analytics and reporting based on a common data foundation.
