Troax is expanding its global IT organization and establishing Data & Analytics as a core enterprise capability. We seek a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the formation of a data-driven capability, spanning governance, foundations, and analytics across a global organization with a base in Jönköping.

The role requires building structures, governance and a common data foundation, collaborating with business, IT, data owners and external partners to deliver trusted data and actionable insights.

Formación

• Strong understanding of data strategy, Data Governance, data ownership and data quality.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management and Data Foundation principles.
• Good understanding of BI, analytics and reporting.
• Experience defining target states, principles, standards and roadmaps.
• Very good command of English; Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Establish Data Governance, data ownership and data quality across the Group.
• Develop Troax’s approach to Master Data Management and establish and develop a common Data Foundation.
• Create a coherent global approach to BI, analytics and reporting.
• Ensure that critical data is trusted, accessible and useful to the business.
• Establish principles, standards and governance for data management.
• Build and coordinate a virtual data organization with relevant data owners and specialists.
• Coordinate internal capabilities and set requirements for external partners.
• Enable the business to develop relevant analytics and reporting based on a common and reliable data foundation.
