Job summary

HCLTech in Sweden seeks an AI Transformation Director to own end-to-end service delivery for a USD 15–16M portfolio and guide the AI-led transformation across applications and infrastructure.

You will lead a 350+ FTE global delivery organization, partnering with the client’s VP of Digital Business Transformation and the CDIO to drive GenAI-led growth and practical AI adoption with measurable value realization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery (apps + infra) for Group from DBS; single point of accountability for revenue (USD 15–16M p.a.), margin and the 30% growth agenda – pipeline, deal shaping, renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Two-in-a-box with the client’s VP of Digital Business Transformation and CDIO; own executive governance (SteerCos, QBRs), escalations, CSAT and internal HCLTech stakeholder alignment.
• Drive transformation of the client’s IT estate spanning hyperautomation, AIOps and GenAI-led operations; lead business-led GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives for both top-line and bottom-line outcomes; own contractual AI / automation adoption KPIs and value realisation.
• Scale the AI & Data services line built on the account (5 → 50+ FTE) and run the Automation Office (USD 2.8M savings delivered to client operations over three years) as sustained growth and savings engines.
• Lead the 350+ FTE multi-tower, onshore–offshore delivery organisation; drive AI upskilling and certification at scale on Anthropic and OpenAI architectures – leading by personal example.

Role Purpose

Owns end-to-end service delivery and account leadership for the Group relationship within HCLTech Digital Business Services (DBS): a USD 15–16M annual portfolio with a 30% growth mandate. Operating two-in-a-box with the client’s VP of Digital Business Transformation and the CDIO, the role drives the digital transformation of IT landscape across applications and infrastructure – from hyperautomation to GenAI-led operations – while scaling differentiated AI, data and automation capabilities and leading a 350+ FTE global delivery organisation. This is a replacement hire for a business-critical leadership role; continuity of client trust, delivery stability and the AI-led growth agenda are the immediate priorities.

3. Key Responsibilities
