• Experience from SOC, IR, or cyber defense operations.
• Strong understanding of real-world analyst workflows.
• Ability to translate experience into standards and improvements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Standards & Ways of Working: Define how analysts operate across roles and levels; turn incident learnings into practical working methods.
• Onboarding to Production: Build structured onboarding enabling analysts to perform effectively in live operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the loop: incident → learning → updated standards → rollout.
• Consistency & Quality: Drive consistent decision-making and behavior across analysts, particularly in high-pressure and complex situations.
• Capability Oversight: Identify gaps and drive targeted enablement (training as one lever).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Operations & Excellence, IR, TI, Engineering, and People & Culture.
