Job summary

Volvo Group in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a senior Principal, Cybersecurity Coordination and Change to join the Enterprise Cybersecurity Management Team within DTO. You will drive cross-functional alignment, translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, and move the cybersecurity function forward with impact.

This role combines broad cybersecurity fluency with rigorous analysis and mature collaboration across domains, teams, and boundaries, reporting to the SVP & Head of Enterprise

Qualifications

• Significant cybersecurity and tech risk experience in a large organization.
• Broad understanding across cybersecurity disciplines.
• Translate findings into clear analysis and leadership materials.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Experience driving organizational change across boundaries.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs for research and materials.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity research and insight development.
• Coordinate alignment across cybersecurity teams and stakeholders.
• Translate leadership priorities into defined actions and ownership.
• Monitor progress and surface matters requiring escalation.
• Lead and facilitate discussions, workshops, and follow-up activities.
• Represent Enterprise Cybersecurity in designated forums.
