Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation and standards.
• Ability to coach, train and develop chefs across sections.
• Good understanding of stock control, waste management and food cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team through prep, service and daily operations.
• Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and kitchen standards.
• Coach, train and develop chefs across all sections.
• Manage stock, ordering, waste and food cost with attention to detail.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and compliance standards are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance.
• Foster a positive, hardworking kitchen culture based on teamwork and accountability.
