You will connect k6, Gatling and workload modelling with CI pipelines and telemetry discipline, driving early testing, clear evidence for decisions, and strong ownership across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automated performance assurance for customer-facing platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of k6 and Gatling.
• Practical experience applying workload modelling and CI integration.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving telemetry.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for automated performance assurance for customer-facing platforms.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for k6 and Gatling.
• Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around workload modelling.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting CI integration.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve telemetry.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.
