Sample project (illustrative): Building a product trial engine. You'd define what qualifies someone for a trial, how the environment gets provisioned and with what data in it, which usage signals indicate real evaluation, what triggers a rep to step in and when, how a trial converts into a deal, and what happens to the ones that go quiet. Then you'd build it, train the team on it, monitor the conversion rate weekly, and rework the parts that don't hold.
