Job summary

Telavox is hiring a GTM Engineer to join our GTM Engineering team with a focus on the AI Receptionist. You will map customer processes, configure AI agents and integrations, and ensure the solution scales into Telavox’s mass‑market product.

You’ll work with enterprise customers to design value-adding AI solutions, build ROI cases from their data, and share insights with product and engineering to shape the future of Telavox's AI‑enabled platform.

• Quick to learn new tools and comfortable defining things as you go.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Join Telavox as GTM Engineer

We're looking for someone to join our GTM Engineering team with a focus on our AI Receptionist. When our largest enterprise customers bring our AI Receptionist product, you join our delivery team as the AI expert. You help design and configure the AI solution, connect it to our stack, and make sure it delivers real value. The best solutions don't stay one-offs; they get built into our scalable mass-market product.

About the job

Our delivery team owns the overall delivery; you bring the deep AI knowledge. You'll map customer processes, shape the AI solution with their stakeholders, and configure AI agents, integrations and automated workflows on the Telavox stack. What you learn goes back to product and engineering to be built into the core product.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Meeting enterprise customers to find where AI and automation create value

• Designing solutions and building business cases and ROI with the customer's own data

• Configuring AI voice agents, integrations and workflows, and solving problems along the way

• Acting as the AI expert in large delivery projects and helping colleagues level up

• Guiding customers, from IT to management, towards AI-assisted call and case handling

• Feeding repeatable solutions and AI market insights back to product and engineering

About you

You're the person others turn to when it comes to AI. You're as comfortable in a customer workshop as in a complex configuration; you build trust at every level, and you have strong opinions on what good AI should sound and feel like.

What we're looking for:
