Qualifications

• Quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years hands-on paid media and data work.
• Experience running Google Ads and understanding performance drivers.
• Proficient with AI tools in daily work.
• Professional English; Swedish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition system end-to-end across four markets.
• Build visibility dashboards (daily/weekly) to show value created and lost.
• Improve customer quality and unit economics, not just volume.
• Design a fast feedback loop with weekly cycles and rapid decision-making.
