Job summary

Educatius Group is seeking a Growth Product Owner for Web & Digital to drive the growth agenda across our brands and markets. You’ll own the customer journey, lead the web development team, and collaborate with CRM, platform engineering, digital campaigns, and local marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll connect web platform data with CRM data to build a unified, customer-centric growth strategy and champion a single tech stack across markets, while shaping SEO and AI-enabled discovery.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset with hypotheses, experiments and outcomes.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end customer journey in a high-value purchase context.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Search Console, attribution modelling, and dashboards.
• Proven SEO expertise, technical and strategic, with measurable results.
• Product management experience: briefs, backlog, and delivering impactful work.
• Experience collaborating across development, CRM, marketing, agencies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; set and raise standards.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital customer journey from discovery to enrolment and identify simplifications.
• Define and track metrics reflecting real customer outcomes, beyond traffic.
• Lead experiments: A/B tests, landing pages, journey optimization with measurement.
• Develop strategies to engage existing customers and partners digitally.
• Champion simplicity across touchpoints to reflect the weight of a major purchase.
• Coordinate with web, CRM, and platform teams to prioritise value-added improvements.
• Ensure unified tech stack across markets and connect web data with CRM data.
