Job summary

RZ HR Studio is seeking a Growth-focused Performance Marketer to join our Australia-based consultancy. You’ll drive paid media initiatives for established ecommerce and DTC brands, linking media performance to profitability and business outcomes.

You’ll work in a remote-first setup with APAC-friendly hours, collaborating with senior leaders to scale campaigns, optimize CAC and LTV, and contribute to strategic growth decisions across clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience in ecommerce
• Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
• Familiarity with CAC, LTV, contribution margin
• Ability to analyze performance and run tests
• Comfort translating data into client recommendations

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and scale paid media across Meta, Google, and other channels
• Analyze performance, attribution, and incrementality to identify profitable growth opportunities
• Connect campaign performance to CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER/aMER, payback and business outcomes
• Build and execute structured tests across media, creative, audiences, offers and growth levers
• Diagnose performance issues and make data-driven budget and campaign decisions
• Develop understanding of client business models, margins and growth constraints
• Translate data into clear recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders
