The role emphasizes connecting paid media performance with business outcomes beyond ROAS, including contribution margin, CAC, LTV and payback.

You’ll be part of a remote-first, globally distributed team evolving client strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in eCommerce performance marketing
• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with DTC/eCom brands
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads, other channels a plus
• Ability to manage meaningful advertising budgets and explain decisions
• Experience diagnosing performance issues and running structured tests
• Experience communicating results to clients or senior stakeholders
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER/aMER and payback

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and scale paid media across Meta, Google and other relevant channels for established eCom & DTC brands
• Connect campaign performance with financial and commercial outcomes, not just platform metrics
• Analyze performance, attribution and incrementality to identify opportunities for profitable growth
• Build and execute structured testing strategies across media, creative, audiences and offers
• Translate data into clear recommendations and communicate the commercial impact to clients
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, customers, margins and growth constraints
• Participate in ongoing strategy sessions, technical training and professional development
