RZ HR Studio is hiring Video Editors for a fully remote role serving a fast-growing DTC beauty brand. You will edit direct-response video ads for Meta, taking briefs from strategists and turning them into attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping pieces.

The team runs a creative-volume machine, shipping 1–2 ads per day with AI-assisted workflows. We value AI fluency, strong proof of past ads, and hands-on optimization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years editing direct response ads on Meta for a DTC brand or creative agency.
• AI-native workflow using generative video tools (e.g., Veo, Gemini, Kling).
• Proven ads with real spend; show examples and results.
• Retention-focused editing: hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, captions, sound design; explain rationale.
• Produce 1–2 finished ads per day from briefs.
• Native-feel to feed; edits resemble content/UGC rather than commercials.
• Fast, organized, reliable; maintain clean project files and hit deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response video ads for Meta in collaboration with Creative Strategists.
• Turn briefs into engaging ad concepts that sell.
• Maintain organized project files and version naming.
• Hit deadlines; communicate proactively when delays occur.
