Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund, Sweden seeks a Business Development Manager to own and structure the growth strategy for Business Intelligence and Operational Efficiency. You will align with sales and marketing to reach customers and partners, and build scalable use cases with regional and global teams.

You will work closely with distributors, channel partners, and end customers to expand adoption while enabling training and partner programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development or a similar commercial role.
• Commercialization, technical, and product knowledge from the security/IT industry.
• Experience enabling a sales organization or channel to sell new solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure growth strategy within Business Intelligence and Operational Efficiency.
• Align with Axis sales and marketing strategy to reach end customers and partners.
• Find and develop use cases with partners and customers, including distributors and channel partners.
• Collaborate closely with regions to scale successful use cases and partner strategies.
