Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Team Manager for Information Architecture in Lund to lead a newly formed enterprise IA function. You will shape the roadmap, drive information security initiatives, and work with leaders across business areas to enable AI-driven value from data.

You will foster openness, develop team skills, and ensure governance and data ownership practices are embedded across the company, including Swedish and English stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and teams.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture and data governance.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders without jargon.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the newly formed Enterprise Information Architecture function.
• Set roadmap and strategic direction for information architecture and information security.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and senior leaders to align priorities.
• Build governance practices and data ownership models across the enterprise.
